Values and Philosophy

I believe we are all capable of living as our most authentic selves, yet sometimes things get in our way. Sometimes we get in our own way and therapy is a great opportunity to get support, be heard, get another perspective or to learn new skills. I value you as a whole person and want to work together with you, not just to reach your health and wellness goals but to also assist in accessing your deeper wisdom, gifts and talents and your good, true and beautiful nature.

Therapeutic Technique and Methodology

My therapeutic approach is centered on your presenting concerns and needs. I practice holistically exploring the emotional/psychological, physical, spiritual, sexual, social and financial areas of one's life. Blending techniques from various theories and models, personal experiences and your own wisdom, we work collaboratively to explore, identify, clarify and take action towards your goals in a safe and non judgemental space. I believe you are the expert on your life and I'm here to be an ally for your healing and growth.
