Values and Philosophy

I come from a multidisciplinary and multicultural background. I understand that we are all unique and therapy is tailored to your goals and needs. I am particularly conscious of the importance a role culture can play in therapy. In my understanding of culture, I include, age, gender, orientation, spirituality, economics as well as heritage. I believe that we all have it in us to actualize our potential and believe that we can learn optimism. Moreover I believe that play and intention help us lead rich and full lives.
